“Never compromise safety and functionality”, said Joe. 349 gC38C, “g” for graphene, inspired by “Push myself”, the reflection and inspiration of Joe Kuo. We want stronger rim, so we added graphene and adopted new carbon-fiber weaving technology to improve braking-heat-dissipation capability and strengthened the structural integrity. We want shorter braking distance, so we added BAM (Braking-Area-Marker) system ensuring proper brake-pad clamping position. We want to be visible during night rides, hence the optional Glow-decal that self-emits to surroundings in the dark. We want to protect the rim from the moving valve-stem during inflation and ridings, so we added CVT (Carbon-Valve-Tube) system that snugs the valve-stem in place. We don’t want water caught in the rim to interfere JK wheelset balance, so we added LD (Liquid-Drain) system so water caught exits. We continue to push for higher safety and more functionalities, hand make C38C in small batches, Joe’s principles strictly reinforced.
